Membership Terms & Conditions

3D Scan Membership

1. Go Girl Physique Ltd/staff cannot accept responsibility or liability for any consequential harm and/or injury that may result from non-disclosure of any pre-existing medical or physical condition.
2. All monies paid to Go Girl Physique Ltd and/or EziPay Limited are NON REFUNDABLE.
3. ​I am aware that this is an until further notice membership (as per EziPay Agreement) and that I have to give Go Girl Physique Ltd ONE MONTH notice before cancelling the contract after the minimum term of 3 months. Ezypay Ltd will cancel the Direct Debit payment. Email cancellation request – lizelle@gogirltimaru.co.nz.
4. This membership entitles the member to ONE 3D Scan per month. The member will forfeit the 3D Scan if not used within the calendar month.
5. The first payment includes – Monthly membership fee + $10.25 (Admin & Loading Fee).
